Use these instructions to download the recordings onto your computer and load them onto an MP3 player, such as an iPod.

Save the recording (.MP3 file) to your computer

1. Click on the Download button next to the recording you'd like to save.  (You can also download all the recordings at once in zip format)
2. Click Save
3. Use the dialog box to save the MP3 file to your computer (be sure to remember where you placed this file).

 Add the recordings to your media software (iTunes, Real Player, etc.)

1. Most media players include a command for loading MP3 files into the media library.  For example, in iTunes, files are added to the library by selecting File from the main menu and clicking Add File to Library.   
2. To make it easier to organize and sort your Benefits Overview recordings, the Artist for all recordings is “HR Operations” and the Album is “U.S. Benefits Overview”.

Load the recordings onto your MP3 player
All MP3 players include a function for loading media from a computer to the player, either by “dragging and dropping” the files or by synchronizing.  Once you have added the Benefits Overview recordings to your media player library, you will be able to load them to your MP3 player just as you do music.
